Features

1. Outstanding low-temperature materials and wide temperature-pressure adaptability 

The core advantage of the valve lies in its selection of specialized materials and manufacturing process for low-temperature conditions. It uses low-temperature steel or austenitic stainless steel that has undergone strict low-temperature impact tests, ensuring that the material maintains good toughness and strength even at -196℃, eliminating the risk of low-temperature cracking. Combined with a working temperature range of -196℃ to 650℃ and a maximum pressure rating of 50.0MPa, it can meet the entire process requirements from deep cryogenic separation, liquefied gas storage and transportation to subsequent chemical processing, with extremely strong adaptability. 

2. Standardized American-style design and high degree of configurability 

The product is entirely designed based on the API, ASME and other American standards, ensuring seamless integration with pipeline systems worldwide, especially those in North America. From structural length, flange size, welding bevels to pressure-temperature ratings, there are internationally recognized standards to follow. At the same time, its modular design provides high configurability: users can choose the gate plate form (rigid/elastic), valve seat type (replaceable, cost-effective for maintenance), operation mode (manual, gear operation, or pneumatic/lubrication/electric), and connection interface according to specific working conditions, enabling precise selection. 

3. Ensure convenient bolted connection of the valve cover and long-term reliable sealing 

The design of using bolt connections for the valve cover enables direct disassembly without the need for special tools when it is necessary to inspect or replace internal components (such as the gate plate and valve seat), significantly simplifying the maintenance procedures and reducing long-term operating costs. Combined with the forged T-head valve stem and the highly precise machined gate plate sealing surface, it ensures the sealing reliability and operational stability of the valve under frequent opening and closing and drastic temperature changes. 

4. The full-through-bore and straight-stem structure offers excellent operation and flow control performance. 

The full-bore flow channel design minimizes fluid pressure loss, enhances system energy efficiency, and facilitates pipeline pigging. The exposed stem structure not only makes the valve's on-off status clearly visible, but also because the valve stem threads and packing chamber are located outside the valve body, it avoids direct contact with low-temperature media, reduces the risk of freezing and clogging, and makes the operation more reliable. The optional umbrella gear device enables large-diameter valves to be easily opened and closed with a smaller handwheel force. 

5. Rigorous full-cycle quality control and multiple international certifications guarantee 

From material procurement, forging processing, heat treatment to final assembly and testing, every step is carried out under the company's sound quality management system (such as ISO 9001), and the sealing, strength and durability tests in accordance with standards like API 598/6D are strictly implemented.
