Description

The Q347H high-pressure ball valve is an industrial valve that strictly follows the American standard design and manufacturing specifications. It was developed specifically to handle complex working conditions involving high pressure, harsh environments, and multiple media coexistence. This valve adopts a classic and reliable flange connection method, ensuring the stability and sealing performance of the connection with the pipeline system. Its operating mode is manual, with a user-friendly design, moderate opening and closing torque, and ease of direct control and quick response by on-site personnel. The valve features a floating ball structure. Under the pressure of the medium, the ball can produce a slight displacement and tightly press the valve seat, significantly enhancing the sealing effect. 

Its nominal diameter is DN150 and the pressure rating reaches up to 600LB, fully meeting the usage requirements of high-pressure pipelines. The valve body is forged from A105 forged steel, featuring excellent mechanical properties and pressure-bearing capacity. 

The core seal adopts advanced metal-to-metal sealing pairs and achieves double-sided sealing, enabling it to operate stably within an extreme temperature range of -40℃ to 425℃ and preventing any leakage. It is worth noting that it is not only fully applicable to conventional fluids such as water, oil, steam, and natural gas, but also its special structure and sealing design make it capable of effectively handling special media containing particles, powders, fibers, etc., with outstanding resistance to erosion and prevention of blockage. 

Therefore, the Q347H high-pressure ball valve is widely deployed in fields with extremely high requirements for safety and reliability, such as long-distance natural gas pipelines, liquefied gas storage and transportation, oil extraction and refining, large petrochemical plants, thermal power plants, and various power generation stations' key pipeline systems. It mainly undertakes the core task of cutting off and connecting the medium flow path, and in some working conditions, it can also achieve the regulation and control of fluid flow and pressure.

Features

Metal hard seals in high-pressure environments are guaranteed. 

The valve adopts metal sealing (hard sealing) and a unique double-sided sealing form. This design enables it to achieve nearly zero leakage sealing effect under a high pressure of 600LB. The metal sealing pair is resistant to high temperatures, wear and erosion. Even when it is frequently opened and closed for a long time or the medium contains fine solid particles, it can maintain the integrity and sealing performance of the sealing surface for a long time. It is particularly suitable for the absolute sealing requirements of dangerous media such as natural gas and liquefied gas. 

2. The floating structure achieves self-enhanced sealing. 

The floating sphere structure is one of the core designs of this valve. When the valve is closed, the pressure of the pipeline medium will push the sphere to produce a slight axial displacement towards the outlet valve seat, causing it to press more tightly against the sealing surface. This "pressure self-enhancement" effect enables the sealing pressure to automatically increase with the rise in pipeline pressure, thus achieving a reliable and increasingly tight seal under high-pressure conditions, and significantly enhancing the safety margin of the valve. 

3. Extremely wide adaptability to operating conditions and excellent media containment capability 

This valve demonstrates remarkable adaptability to both the environment and the medium. Its applicable temperature range of -40℃ to 425℃ covers the vast majority of industrial scenarios ranging from cold environments to high-temperature steam systems. What's more, its sealing and flow channel design enables it not only to convey clean fluids, but also to withstand and effectively shut off media containing complex components such as particles, powders, and fibers. This solves the problem of wear and clogging that is common with ordinary valves in such media, expanding the application boundaries.
