Description

The Q347H/Y type American standard high-pressure ball valve is an industrial valve with flange connection. Its nominal diameter is 200 millimeters, and the main material of the valve body is A105 forged steel. This valve strictly follows the American standard design and is suitable for various high-pressure pipeline systems with pressure ratings ranging from Class 150 to Class 1500 and nominal pressures from PN1.6 to 16.0 MPa. The carbon steel version of this valve is designed to operate at a working temperature range of -29°C to 425°C, and can reliably be used to cut off or connect the fluid medium in the pipeline. By flexibly selecting different valve bodies and sealing materials, this valve can not only perfectly handle conventional media such as water, steam, oil, and natural gas, but also be extended to be applied in working conditions with corrosive or special requirements, such as nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, ammonia brine, and various chemical neutralizing liquids, demonstrating excellent media adaptability.

Features

Outstanding high-pressure sealing and structural reliability

This valve is specially designed for high-pressure and harsh working conditions. Its structure and sealing system can withstand a pressure level up to Class 1500, ensuring excellent sealing performance even during long-term high-pressure operation, effectively preventing medium leakage. Combined with a sturdy flange connection method and A105 high-strength forged steel valve body, the overall structure is stable and durable, with strong impact resistance, fully meeting the safety and long-term usage requirements of high-pressure pipelines.

2. Extensive adaptability to media and temperature

One of the core advantages of this product lies in its outstanding adaptability. By precisely adjusting the material composition, it can handle challenges ranging from ordinary fluids to various corrosive chemical media with ease. Additionally, its wide operating temperature range (carbon steel -29℃ to 425℃) enables it to perform well in both low-temperature environments and stable operation in high-temperature steam and hot oil heat transfer medium pipelines, meeting the thermal operation requirements of various industries.

3. Excellent fluid control and operation performance

As a ball valve, its core ball rotation opening and closing structure achieves a direct flow design, resulting in extremely low fluid resistance and enabling rapid opening and closing. This greatly facilitates the process control of the system. This design also makes the valve operation lightweight, facilitating automation or remote control, and simplifies daily maintenance and upkeep, effectively reducing the operational and maintenance costs over the long term.
