The sanitary quick-install butterfly valve is an innovative fluid control device specially designed for industries with high hygiene standards such as food, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, and fine chemicals. It operates based on the principle of rotating the butterfly plate for opening and closing. The key feature is its quick installation and disassembly connection method, typically using sanitary-grade clamps as the main connection method. It can also be adapted to various interfaces such as welding, threads, and flanges, achieving efficient, flexible, and pollution-free installation and maintenance in clean pipeline systems. This valve is manufactured strictly in accordance with international mainstream sanitary pipeline standards such as DIN, SMS, RJT, 3A, ISO, IDF, etc., ensuring perfect compatibility with global sanitary pipeline systems. It is an ideal choice for handling fluid products with strict requirements for purity, safety, and cleanliness. 

The core value of the sanitary quick-connect butterfly valve lies in its "quick-connect" design, which significantly enhances the operational efficiency and flexibility of the production line. All flow components such as the valve body, butterfly plate, and valve stem are precisely cast or forged from high-grade austenitic stainless steel (such as SUS 304, SUS 316L), featuring excellent corrosion resistance and capable of withstanding high-temperature cleaning, steam sterilization, and long-term contact with various acids, bases, and solvents. The inner surface is subjected to high-standard mechanical polishing or electrolytic polishing treatment, with a surface roughness (Ra value) typically reaching 0.8 microns or even below 0.4 microns, creating a smooth and mirror-like flow channel that effectively prevents microbial attachment and product residue, fully meeting the process requirements of online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SIP). 

Quick-installation connections, especially clamp connections, can achieve a quick, secure and reliable connection and disconnection between valves and pipelines through a simple clamp and sealing ring. This design not only eliminates the time and professional skills required for welding or complex flange connections, but more importantly, it makes the disassembly and cleaning of valves, pipelines, and the entire system, as well as component replacement or process changes, extremely convenient. This significantly shortens equipment downtime and is highly suitable for modern production environments that require frequent batch replacements, product line switches, or deep cleaning.

The valve adopts a full-diameter and non-angled flow channel design, ensuring smooth and unobstructed flow of the medium without any stagnation. These materials have excellent temperature resistance (the range is usually from -20℃ to 150℃), chemical resistance, and anti-aging properties, ensuring that the valve can still achieve bubble-level sealing under frequent opening and closing and harsh working conditions, effectively preventing cross-contamination and leakage. 

3. Excellent corrosion resistance and long service life: 

The use of high-grade stainless steel and precise polishing technology enables the valve to withstand the erosion of corrosive cleaning agents, high-temperature steam, and various process fluids. Key moving components, such as the valve stem, often adopt wear-resistant sleeves, which reduces wear and ensures the stability and extremely long service life of the valve under long-term and frequent operations.
