The multi-level metal hard-sealed butterfly valve is an industrial valve that integrates advanced structural design, high-performance sealing technology, and wide adaptability to various working conditions. It adopts the innovative design concept of combining a three-seal eccentric geometry structure with a multi-level composite sealing ring, perfectly integrating the durability of metal hard sealing with the reliability of elastic sealing. 1. Innovative three eccentric structure and zero-friction design:
The valve adopts a unique three-dimensional eccentric principle (axis eccentricity, pipeline eccentricity, cone seat eccentricity), which enables the butterfly plate to completely separate from the sealing surface of the valve seat at the moment of opening. During the closing process, it only comes into contact and presses tightly when it is fully closed. This design completely eliminates mechanical wear and abrasion between the sealing pair, achieving nearly frictionless opening and closing, and generating a wedge-shaped effect that "tightens further as it closes", ensuring that the excellent sealing performance can be maintained even after long-term use.
2. Multi-level Composite Sealing and Outstanding Sealing Reliability:
The sealing pair adopts a structure of soft and hard layers of metal sheets or multiple layers of stainless steel plates combined with flexible graphite. This design combines the high-temperature and high-pressure resistance of metal materials with the compensatory ability of elastic materials. Whether at normal temperature or up to 600℃ in extreme temperatures, it can achieve bubble-level sealing (with leakage rate meeting the standards of GB/T13927), effectively solving the problem of leakage in traditional single-material seals caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is often made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as cobalt-based hard alloys (such as Stellite alloy). The valve seat has also undergone special hardening treatment. Combined with high-grade stainless steel valve stems and flexible graphite packing, the valve can withstand the erosion of high-temperature media, particle wear, and weakly corrosive chemical media for a long time, and its service life is much longer than that of ordinary valves.
4. Low operating torque and high flow capacity:
The three-bias structure not only achieves a tight seal but also significantly reduces the operating torque required for opening and closing, making the valve switch operation light, flexible, energy-saving and labor-saving. The large-diameter butterfly plate often adopts a truss lightweight design, which ensures strength while increasing the flow area. It has low flow resistance and low pressure loss, resulting in remarkable energy-saving effects.
5. Bidirectional sealing and flexible installation adaptability:
The valve is designed with bidirectional pressure sealing capability. During installation, it is not restricted by the direction of the medium flow and can be installed in any direction, including horizontal and vertical positions.
