Description

The Z960Y electric welding high-pressure gate valve is an industrial pipeline cutting device specially designed for extreme high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions. It is particularly suitable for oil products, steam, and other high-temperature and high-pressure media in the fields of petrochemicals and thermal power plants. This valve is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with advanced domestic and international standards such as JB/T3595 and E101, ensuring high compatibility and reliability with domestic industrial equipment and systems. Its core function is to achieve complete cutting or connection of pipeline media. It is strictly prohibited for use in flow regulation or throttling. This is because when the valve is fully open, its flow path is a straight-through type, with extremely low fluid resistance and nearly zero pressure loss. If the gate plate is partially opened, high-speed flow will cause the valve to vibrate, severely damaging the sealing surface and causing the gate plate to be eroded by the medium. Therefore, it is most suitable for applications where the valve is not frequently operated and remains in a fully open or fully closed state for a long time. 

The valve body is forged from high-quality heat-resistant steel or stainless steel, and the overall structure is robust. Its most notable feature is that the two ends of the channel are connected by welding, achieving a permanent and leak-free integrated connection with the pipeline system, ensuring the connection strength and sealing integrity under ultra-high pressure conditions. The middle section of the valve (i.e., the connection part between the valve body and the valve cover) usually adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, using the system medium pressure for self-sealing, and the sealing performance increases with the increase in pressure. This valve integrates a high-performance electric actuator, which can receive remote control signals and achieve automatic and precise opening and closing operations, significantly enhancing the automation level and safety of high-pressure pipeline management.


Features

1. Super-hard alloy sealing and pressure self-sealing technology achieve zero leakage under high pressure. 

The valve adopts a top-level sealing solution. The sealing surfaces of the gate plate and the valve seat are all made by cladding Stellite (a cobalt-based hard alloy) on steel. This material has extremely high hardness, excellent wear resistance, outstanding high-temperature resistance (able to withstand high-temperature steam environment), and good corrosion resistance and anti-abrasion properties, ensuring an extremely long service life of the sealing pair under high-pressure flushing. Combined with the pressure self-tightening seal in the valve body, the valve ensures more reliable sealing at key connection points when the system pressure is higher, fundamentally guaranteeing long-term zero-leakage operation at Class 1500, 2500LB and even higher pressure levels. 

2. Strengthening the transmission components and implementing user-friendly operation design 

The valve stem, as the core transmission component, undergoes meticulous quenching and high-temperature tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment. This combined heat treatment process enables the core of the valve stem to acquire strength and toughness to withstand huge torque, while forming a hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant nitride layer on the surface, significantly enhancing its anti-sticking, anti-abrasion ability and overall lifespan. The valve adopts a wedge-shaped elastic gate plate structure, which can adapt to slight deformation and ensure that the sealing surfaces are closely adhered. For medium and large-sized valves, thrust bearings are equipped to significantly reduce the opening and closing friction torque, and an impact handwheel is provided for emergency manual operation, ensuring reliable opening and closing in any situation. 

3. Fully welded connections and flexible structural customization meet the demanding engineering requirements. 

Unlike the flange connection, the welded structure at both ends of this valve eliminates potential leakage points at the flange, providing the highest connection integrity and pressure-bearing capacity. It is particularly suitable for ultra-high pressure and high-temperature main pipelines with extremely strict sealing requirements. The structure of the opening and closing element (gate plate) can be customized according to the specific working conditions of the user, and can be designed as a single gate plate, double gate plates, or parallel double plates, etc., to optimally cope with different temperature, pressure and medium conditions. At the same time, the design of the valve fully considers engineering compatibility. The structural length and welding bevels can be processed according to the E101 standard, power industry standards (such as 78DG), or the specific dimensions provided by the user to ensure seamless connection with existing pipelines. 

4. The comprehensive performance advantages brought about by standardized manufacturing 

Based on the strict manufacturing and acceptance procedures stipulated in standards such as JB/T3595, the consistency of product quality is ensured. The resulting comprehensive advantages are remarkable: the straight-through flow channel results in extremely low fluid resistance; the correct full-open/full-close usage method protects the expensive hard alloy sealing surface from throttling erosion; the optimized structural design makes the opening and closing operation relatively effortless; the medium can flow in both directions without interfering with the flow pattern or causing additional pressure drop; in addition, the valve structure is relatively simple, the length is compact, and the manufacturing process is mature, making it a widely used and reliable basic cut-off device in high-pressure and high-temperature pipeline systems.
