The large-diameter ball valve is an advanced and well-made industrial pipeline control device. It is composed of core components such as the valve body, valve cover, ball, valve stem, valve seat and sealing assembly. 1. Low-torque operation and long-lasting sealing, with outstanding reliability 

The valve adopts an optimized design of a rotating ball and a valve seat matching structure. During the opening and closing process, the friction force between the sealing surfaces is significantly reduced. This not only makes the valve operation smooth and with low opening torque, but also greatly reduces the wear of the sealing components. Combined with carefully selected sealing materials, the valve can maintain excellent sealing performance even after long-term and frequent opening and closing, thus achieving an extremely long service life and operational reliability far exceeding that of ordinary valves. 

2. Precision casting and CNC machining lay a solid foundation for high quality. 

The valve body is formed through a precise casting process, ensuring a dense internal structure and high structural strength. It is capable of perfectly withstanding the high pressure and heavy load brought by large-diameter pipelines. After the casting process, the surface of the valve body undergoes strict secondary shot blasting treatment, which not only eliminates surface defects but also achieves a fine and uniform appearance texture. The core valve seat sealing surface is precisely machined using a full CNC machine, ensuring extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This is the physical basis for achieving zero-leakage sealing of the valve. 

3. Modular design and flexible configuration, suitable for complex working conditions 

The core advantage of this product lies in its high degree of configurability. Users can select different valve seats and sealing materials (such as PTFE, reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, metal hard seals, etc.) based on the chemical properties, temperature, and particle content of the actual conveying medium. Additionally, the product series comprehensively covers multiple levels from normal pressure to ultra-high pressure. This modular and series-based design concept enables it to precisely match various complex working conditions, ranging from municipal water supply to deep-sea oil extraction, in the most economical way.
