Description

The 900LB high-pressure ball valve is a multi-functional industrial valve specially designed for ultra-high pressure and harsh working conditions. Its core pressure rating reaches 900LB, and it can be reliably applied to critical pipeline systems with extremely high pressure-bearing requirements. This valve has excellent adaptability to various working conditions, with a temperature range of -29°C to 400°C, capable of meeting the needs of various industrial environments from low temperatures to high temperatures. To accommodate different on-site installation and control requirements, it offers diverse connection methods, including standard reliable flange connections, permanently sealed welding connections, and threaded connections suitable for small-diameter pipelines.

In terms of structural design, this series of valves offers both the classic floating structure and the fixed structure suitable for large diameters and high pressures, to meet the requirements of different application scenarios for valve strength and stability. The flow channel adopts a full bore design, minimizing fluid resistance and pressure loss. 

The main body of the valve and its key components can be manufactured using various materials based on the characteristics of the medium. For example, they can be made of A105 carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel, etc. The sealing system, as its core advantage, offers multiple material options, including PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), N material (such as nylon), oriented polyphenylene, and metal seals, enabling it to precisely match various media ranging from conventional to corrosive, from low temperature to high temperature. 

Therefore, the 900LB high-pressure ball valve is widely used in fields such as natural gas transportation, liquefied gas processing, oil extraction and refining, petrochemical production, large power plants and power stations, where strict requirements for safety and reliability are imposed. It is mainly used for cutting off and connecting the pipeline medium, and can also achieve regulation and control of the fluid under specific conditions.

The Full Bore flow channel design ensures that when the valve is fully open, the inner diameter of the flow channel is basically the same as that of the connected pipeline, significantly reducing flow resistance and pressure loss. The valve body and internal components can be made of materials such as A105 carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel.
