Description

The groove float valve is an automatic liquid level control valve specifically designed for water towers, water tanks and other water storage facilities. It is renowned for its high precision, high reliability and ease of installation and maintenance. This valve adopts a unique split structure design. Its core control component - the float guide valve - can be installed separately from the main valve body. This design significantly enhances the flexibility and maintainability of the system. It operates based on the principle of hydraulics to achieve fully automatic control, accurately sensing water level changes, unaffected by external water pressure fluctuations, and supporting installation at almost any position. The overall sealing performance of the valve is excellent, ensuring no leakage during long-term operation. 

It is mainly installed at the inlet of the water supply pipeline of the water tank or water tower. Its core function is to achieve automatic water replenishment and water level maintenance: when the water level rises to the preset height, the float ball control valve is triggered, controlling the main valve disc to close, cutting off the water supply; when the water level drops, the float ball control valve acts again, guiding the main valve to open, restoring the water supply, thus forming a stable and automatic liquid level control cycle. This product is widely applicable to various occasions that require automatic liquid level control, such as building water supply, fire water tanks, industrial water tanks, and agricultural irrigation systems.

`. Strict sealing and hydraulic amplification effect 

The valve adopts a stable O-ring seal and mainly utilizes the hydraulic control principle. Its unique feature lies in the fact that the force used to close the valve disc is not fixed but is proportional to the water pressure entering the pipeline. This means that as the water pressure increases, the force to close the valve disc also increases, thereby achieving a reliable effect of "the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal". This fundamentally ensures the sealing tightness under various pressure conditions and eliminates the problems of insufficient closure or leakage caused by pressure fluctuations. 

2. The optimized flow channel design ensures an extremely large flow capacity. 

The interior of the valve body adopts a full-diameter, streamlined, direct-flow design. The fluid channels are smooth and there are no sharp turns or throttling. This design minimizes the local resistance and loss of the water flow along the way, resulting in a very small pressure drop when the fluid passes through the valve. Therefore, under the same pipeline conditions, this valve can allow a larger flow to pass through, effectively improving the water replenishment efficiency, and is particularly suitable for large water tanks or pools with requirements for water inlet speed. 

3. The hydraulic self-control operation is safe and the liquid level control is precise. 

The entire valve's opening and closing is completely driven by the fluid pressure (hydraulic) of the system itself, without the need for an external power source or complex electrical control. This fundamentally eliminates the risk of electrical failures and ensures safe and reliable operation. The float control valve responds sensitively to changes in liquid level and can precisely control the water level within the set narrow fluctuation range, with high control accuracy, avoiding the risks of over-overflow when the water level is too high or under-suction when it is too low. 

4. The split installation and the external main valve design make maintenance extremely easy. 

"The separable installation of the float control valve and the main valve" is a prominent feature of this product. The main valve is usually installed on the external pipeline of the water tank, while the float only needs to be connected to the main valve through the pressure guiding pipe and placed inside the water tank. This design enables operators to complete most of the tasks, such as adjusting the water level, checking the working condition of the valve, and conducting fault repair and maintenance, without entering the water tank or emptying the water storage. This significantly reduces the maintenance difficulty, workload, and safety risks, and extends the overall service life of the system.
