Description

The Q61F fully welded ball valve is a high-performance and long-lasting pipeline valve manufactured using advanced integral welding technology. It is specifically designed for demanding conditions that require absolute sealing and long-term maintenance-free operation. The most crucial feature of this valve lies in the permanent connection between the valve body and the pipeline through welding, which completely eliminates the risk of interface leakage that may occur with traditional flange or threaded connections, achieving true "zero external leakage". 

The key sealing component of the valve - the valve seat - is composed of a carbonized Teflon (carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE-C) sealing ring and a disc-shaped spring. This design endows the valve seat with excellent elastic compensation capabilities, enabling it to adapt to fluctuations in pressure and temperature within the rated range of the pipeline, ensuring absolute reliability of the dynamic seal. The ball serves as the core for opening and closing, and its manufacturing process is fully monitored by a high-precision computer detector, ensuring extremely high spherical roundness and smoothness, thus laying a solid foundation for achieving low friction and leak-free rotational sealing. 

The main material of the valve body (such as ST37 carbon steel) can be the same as that of the pipeline, which not only avoids the uneven stress caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients of the materials, but also enables it to resist ground deformation caused by earthquakes, ground vehicle loads, etc. The overall structure has extremely high strength and outstanding aging resistance. This valve is particularly suitable for direct underground installation, which can be directly buried deep underground without the need to build large and expensive underground valve wells. Only a simple shallow well needs to be set on the ground for operation and maintenance, greatly saving construction costs and construction period for civil engineering. 

Meanwhile, the structural length of the valve and the height of the valve stem can be customized and adjusted according to the actual pipeline design and construction requirements, demonstrating excellent engineering adaptability. Its main components are made of high-quality materials, such as ST37 valve body, SS304 stainless steel ball core, 2Cr13 valve stem and PTFE-C valve seat, ensuring that the product can reliably withstand pressures of PN25 and above. Under normal use and maintenance, the designed service life can reach over 15 years.

1. The overall welding structure achieves permanent zero leakage. 

The valve adopts a fully welded valve body structure, integrating seamlessly with the pipeline system. This design fundamentally eliminates the leakage points on the valve's exterior. This design not only significantly enhances the overall sealing safety level of the pipeline network system, but is particularly suitable for buried or important pipelines transporting hazardous fluids such as natural gas and chemical media. It also eliminates the maintenance requirements caused by the aging of connection components and sealing gaskets. 

2. The intelligent composite valve seat ensures a safe and reliable internal seal. 

The valve seat system is the core of the sealing performance. Using carbon fiber reinforced PTFE-C material as the sealing ring body significantly enhances the material's wear resistance, pressure resistance, and dimensional stability. Combined with the continuous elastic preload provided by the disc spring, it forms an "intelligent" compensation mechanism. No matter how the medium pressure fluctuates or the material slightly deforms under temperature changes, the spring can push the sealing ring to always tightly adhere to the ball, ensuring the integrity of the internal seal of the valve throughout its entire life cycle, achieving the claimed complete zero leakage (0%). 

3. High-precision manufacturing and identical material design ensure long-term stability. 

The sphere has undergone precise numerical control processing and computer-assisted full-process inspection, ensuring its geometric accuracy. This results in a low operating torque, smooth opening and closing, and no jamming. The design concept of using the same material for the valve body and the pipeline material avoids the potential risks of welding with different materials and the additional stress caused by different thermal expansion and contraction rates. As a result, the valve becomes a truly sturdy and reliable part of the pipeline, with superior resistance to geological deformation and fatigue compared to traditional valves. 

4. The characteristics of direct-buried installation bring significant engineering and economic advantages. 

As a buried valve, its greatest advantage lies in significantly reducing installation and full life cycle costs. By eliminating the need for large concrete valve pits, it not only saves materials, labor and land occupation, but also shortens the construction period. Only small shallow pits are set on the ground, which greatly facilitates subsequent positioning and operation, making the construction and maintenance of urban pipelines, long-distance pipelines, etc. more efficient and economical. 

5. Superior materials and compact design result in an extremely long service life 

The valves are made of verified reliable materials such as ST37, SS304, and 2Cr13, and are optimized in structure. While ensuring the high-pressure bearing capacity of over PN25, they achieve the miniaturization of the valve body and the neat and beautiful appearance.
